    • One-time $50 setup and training fee covers full instruction on how to operate the system

    • This fee is included in all top-tier and subscription packages

    • Once trained, DIY members can operate without needing to pay this fee again

    • A media release is required, which grants Lightbox Collective the right to post or feature portions of the podcast on Lightbox-owned channels for promotional and portfolio purposes.

    • The studio seats and records up to 1-4 guests simultaneously with main set up. and 1-2 people for corner set up

    • Additional seats can be configured if needed! We have had up to 8 people and have lots of additional seating

    • Yes. Any booking outside standard hours (before 9 AM or after 5 PM) includes a $50 extended-access fee.

    • No. The studio is fully equipped with Shure SM7B microphones, Sony FX5 Mark II cameras, Bose QuietComfort headphones, a Rodecaster Pro 2, iMac recording system, and Nanlite lighting controlled via iPad.

    • Water and coffee are included. Premium beverages are available on an honor system. Restrooms and mirrors are available on-site.

    • The studio operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Extended sessions between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM are available seven days a week with advance notice.

    • All sessions are booked in 2-hour blocks. Additional time can be added in 1-hour increments, for $50 subject to availability.

    • Sessions are reserved based on availability. A confirmed booking requires payment or deposit.

    • 7+ days in advance: Full refund or free reschedule

    • 5–7 days: 50% refund

    • 3–5 days: 25% refund

    • Within 72 hours: No refund

    • 7+ days in advance: Free reschedule

    • 5–7 days: $50 rescheduling fee

    • 3–5 days: $75 rescheduling fee

    • Within 72 hours: $100 rescheduling fee

    • Yes. Sessions outside 9 AM–5 PM include a $50 extended-access fee.

    • A one-time $50 onboarding session is required for DIY users. This fee is waived in full-service and subscription packages.

  • No. The studio is fully equipped with:

    • Rodecaster Pro 2 audio system

    • iMac recording system

    • Yes. Live streaming is supported using the YoloLiv Extreme system upon request.

    • All files are provided on a client-supplied hard drive at the end of the session or after editing is complete.

    • Yes. Full-service packages include editing, audio mastering, clip creation, and platform-ready exports. DIY users can add these services at any time.

    • One round of revisions is included in full-service packages. Additional revisions can be added.

  • Standard delivery is 2–5 business days. Rush delivery may be available upon request.
